After a summer refurbishment of the Lodge Anti-rooms, members got together for a Pizza and a few beers to enjoy and appreciate the hard work carried out by members over the closed season. Following a major water ingress in the main vestibule and hall area last winter, a significant amount ow water damage left the building in a poor state of repair, the brethren however rallied over the closed season months and a sterling effort saw the building not only brought back to it’s former glory, but with a clear out of old furniture and a general refitting project, a bar area has been created which it is hoped will become a focal point for future events.

On this occasion, many of the brethren involved in the renovation project, along with family members enjoyed a fine evening in the rear garden area, which has also been brought back into lodge use after a number of years on loan to our next-door neighbours who have recently moved home.
